We had the best experience with Brosio Pools! I called around and received 5 different quotes from local pool companies and ultimately decided on Brosio Pools and I'm so glad we did. Communication is top notch! Bree spent so much of her time answering all my questions and helped me design a pool package that was just right for us. She also kept us updated throughout the entire build process with regular detailed updates which I really appreciated. Tony was so knowledgeable about the design/build process and helped us decide on the perfect spot in our yard for our pool. It was evident from the start that Tony truly takes pride in his work and each pool he builds. He is such a nice person and really made us feel comfortable during the process. The crew was professional and hard working, really outstanding! Our pool turned out to be even better than what we hoped thanks to Brosio Pools! Highly recommend!

We had a crazy situation where the side of our pool caved in by our skimmer,  no where we called would even come look at it, they just said it has to be replaced. We were in a very big time crunch, because our daughter's graduation party was a month away and we already sent out invites saying to bring your swimsuit! So we decided we were just gonna buy the new pool, which we did.

Brosio Pools was who the pool store was going to have remove the old pool and then install the new one.  Bree and Tony looked over the pics we sent the pool store of what happened to our pool and seen we had a custom deck built around our pool and knew this new pool wouldn't fit so nicely. So Bree called me and asked if Tony could come look at it.  He did and said that they could fix this for us and we did not need a whole new pool, and if we had not drained the pool for the upcoming replacement, we also would not have needed a new liner. However, what was done was done and it was no fault of theirs. They came installed a new liner and fixed our wall, also insulated it with some foam. We are so happy they took the time to look and ask questions and do right by the customer. You have made a longtime customer. Thank you again

I am fortunate to have found a family owned company that shows integrity and I have much respect for them.

I originally left a negative review out of that frustration—but to their credit, the company promptly reached out after seeing my feedback. They acknowledged the problem, took full responsibility, and worked quickly to make things right.

I really appreciate the way they handled the situation once it was brought to their attention. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that truly shows their character. The issue was resolved professionally and to my satisfaction. I’m grateful for their follow-through and happy to update my review to reflect the positive outcome.

Best pool company in the area!! We had Brosio Pools build us a nice in ground pool with an automatic cover. They did a great job!! I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Brosio Pools to anyone wishing to have a pool installed.  It was an awesome experience from preliminary phone calls for setup to final completion of the pool.  Bre set me up with prices, dates  and everything and anything I needed to know.  She responded quickly with any question I had.  The removal of my old pool and installation of the new pool was seamless. I had , what I thought, a few obstacles but they were not obstacles to them.  They were fast, efficient, respectful and SUPER talented at what they do.  I am sooo pleased with my new pool and will be reaching out to them with any pool needs in the future.

Brosio pools did an amazing job from start to finish! I contacted them after our original pool installer stoped calling back and I am so happy I did! Bre was very accommodating and trustworthy. She answered all my questions through calls or texts. She kept me updated and talked to me like I was a friend and not just a customer. The overall o stall of the pool went smoothly. Tony and his team work seamlessly together. They’ve been doing this for years and it shows! He was even cool with my 5 year old daughter watching them the entire install process! I would recommend them again and again! I couldn’t have been happier.

Tony and Brie did a fantastic job creating our in ground pool. They are honest, respectful, trustworthy and have a hard working team. Every time Tony and his crew were here, they were hard at work. They all worked together as a team and everything ran seamlessly. Brie walked us through every step and answered all our questions. Tony and Brie years of pool experience really show. We had a great experience working with them.

We're just finishing up our 5th season with our salt water pool and I'm still so happy with it. Tony & crew went above and beyond installing it and with closing it up for winter every year. He's worth the wait with great prices to boot.
